What causes stress?

            People have got stress due to mental, emotional and physical pressure. When people have got family problem, loss of job or financial problems. Some are caused due to illness and divorcing with family members. Some get stress when they move from one familiar place to another unfamiliar place such as moving home and travelling to overseas. So, stress is caused by not only mental but physical pressure.

            Family problem is a great pressure to get stress. Some family have many problem such as arguments between father and mother, parents and children , and so on. It makes the mental pressures and face with many problems in work or school.

            Another factor to stress is financial problem. It is the main reason. Many people think that they cannot live without money. So, they lost money in their business or bankrupt , they depress and have got stress. Financial problem also affect in the family relationship. If there is financial problem, it also cause family problem and then stress in these both two problems force them to suicide.

            Long time illness also cause depression and stress. One of my friends was outstanding students. He was hit by car in an accident and nearly to die. He stayed in a hospital for three months and become disable person. So, he had got great depression and feel stress. He failed many exams and finally left the school.

            Losing or no job is an another reason for stress. Jobless have no income. Their money are more and more fewer. They face with troubles for foods, for home, and for health. They cannot support to their family. These pressures force them stress.

            Finally, stress are caused by external factors. Financial problem, family problem, illness and job issues are the common factors. So, not to get stress we should avoid these problems and if we touch these problems, we should make our mind to refresh.

Film Review : Graves of Fireflies

 This film is about two poor children, Setsuko and Seita. It was in World War II. They lost their parents and home in bombing. The relationship between them are very strong. Seita is a great brother. He do everything for his little sister even face to the danger. They both face to starvation. They have painful life. Finally, Setsuko was died due to lack of food.

At first , I see the Seita in the train station. He play back the past of his memory. His mother was deadly harm in air raid , but died in sooner and their home was destroyed. His father was a navy officer. So, his father cannot protect him and Setsuko because of serving for the emperor. They become homeless and temporary lived in their aunt's house. Japan is facing to the loss, they had less food ration, not enough. Seita traded even his mom's kimono for rice.

Their Aunt's was very friendly in early time. As Seita had no job and no earning, she showed the unwanted behaviours. So, they left their Aunt's house and move to the unused shelter. They had a few food. They had got many troubles because they lived outside of the social system and they they had nothing to trade for rice.

So, the girl suffered the lack of food and she felt weak. For the little girl, her brother started stealing from the others. But he could not help to live long. She was dead. When I have watched this film, I feel very sadly for those. This is a good film.

This film contains two main characters, Setsuko and Seita. Seita is a good brother of Setsuko. He love his sister very much and carry out what she want. Setsuko said that she hate shelters. So, he take care her sister and don't go to the shelter. Unfortunately, their mother was injured seriously and died.

He try her sister not to know about their mother. He did not want her sister to feel sadness but she know because their aunt said her.He wrote a letter to his father but there was no reply. Although their aunt is good in early, she is very selfish. They did not know the address of other relatives. So, they have no one to depend and they move and live in old abandoned shelters. They no earn. They trade all the things they have for food and finally they even eat frogs.

The farmer advise him to apologize the aunt and go back home. But he did not cancel his pride. One her sister was sick and need sugar . So, he stole from other. But he was caught and sent to police. The police man is very kindly and did not punished.

When air planes bomb, people hide in shelters and no one live in the house. So, he stole food in that time. He did not afraid the anything. But his sister had not enough food become more and more weak. As he lived in out social system, he did not about defeating of Japan. No sooner, his sister died. She could not eat the chicken and eggs which Seita brought for her.

Setsuko , one victim of the war, should not die. She is one of innocent people. The pass which she passed over is very painful. Only playing with fireflies is her relaxing for happiness. Setsuko and Seita is a main characters of this films. The author give the massage to audience with these two characters. This story is base on an actual event.

There is no pleasure in war. Some people lost parents. Some people lost children. Some people lost family. Many people are worried about their lives and families. Whatever it win or lost, all the people suffer many trouble,lack of food, people are killed,many building are destroyed. War effect the kids in mental and physical. They grow up with bullets and guns. The war bring tears and sadness for the people.

General attitudes toward writing

People write for many reasons. They write to communicate, to memorise and so many reasons. I always write diary everyday. It help me to memorise about the past. Some people write to-do-list, not to forgive and miss the things of what they have to do. It is really efficient.

Some people write for their feelings. When we feel stress ,write down about what we feel reduce the stress. The poem, songs and story are born by the feelings and ideas of the poet, composers and authors. They create the art with the aids of writing.

Generally, writing is very useful. For example, we can communicate with the others by using email. We can give information with web pages, articles and essays. Academic writing skill is very important in there. So, we should more write and try to improve our writing abilities.

My thoughts on ROCK music

Elvis Presley

         For many people, music is the important part of their life. They listen to the music to relax or to show their feelings. I grow up with songs. When I was young, I always sleep with my mom's songs. When I become adult, I listen to songs for relaxing. So, I love music. There are many genres of music such as pop, rock, hip hop, R&B and so on. I listen to many genres of music. But I don't like all music genres, expect rock.

           I learn too much about rock. It is developed about 50 years ago, 1960s and base on “rock and roll”. Most of rock songs are mainly played with keyboard, bass, guitar and drum . Rock songs are built whit loud sounds and very complex guitar riffs. Invention of electric guitar is greatest effected to rock music for development. Even rock does not support to the dance, we can show the feelings in extremes.
      Rock has wide age range of fans. As there are many branches of rock , such as punk rock, alternative rock, pop rock, heavy rock and so on, rock can attract the every age group. While the youth like heavy metal, punk rock, hard rock or modern rock, the elder people may be loved to classical rock, country rock or soft rock.

Metallica

        Many people are influenced. Rock pass over a half of century but it still attract teenagers of nowadays because it improve too much in instruments, songs composing style and faction. I also put rock faction on my body, with long hair, earrings, blue jeans, a guitar in my hand. But it make a lot of arguments between my dad and me. My father dislike and forced me to obey his regulations. Finally, I changed my style to normal. But he cannot change my like. There are many adults include me who still love rock.

        Many rock songs are difficult to compose , sing and play. Most songs are complex. So, it is very difficult to compose and it also show how the composer is skill-full. So,in my country, many composers favour to create rock songs. Due to complex songs structure, it is more difficult to sing and play than the other genres. Songs with high pitch show who are the genius vocalists. My voice is not powerful. So, I discard my dream of being a rock-star.

Slipknot

         Some people say that there are a lot of negative effect by rock music. Cultures are gone down , people have less attention on traditional music. But I don't think so. I know that everything have both advantages and disadvantages, not perfect. Some lyrics are produced from anger and insane but I believe that it effect the society only a little bit , not too much. It helps people who listen and sing to it. We can throw away the stress by singing. In my view, these effects are not only caused by rock music but also caused by others genres. We should ignore these if it is not strongly effected. These are my best reasons for why I love rock music.
